🚚 Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy 💬

We want you to love every Planet Junior purchase! 💖 But if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help you out.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

You can request for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

- You received the wrong product

- The product is damaged or broken

- Items are missing from your order

- 📸 Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. Please make sure to record the unboxing when opening your package

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

✅ Items are in original condition
✅ Tags are attached
✅ Product is unused and undamaged

📦 Customers must return items through a traceable courier service at their own expense, along with:

- A copy of the invoice

- A brief reason for return

- Delivery charges are non-refundable

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

A refund is only applicable if the product is:

- Broken or faulty, AND

- It is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery via email at

Once your return is received, we will notify you via email/message. And once we have inspected your return, we’ll again notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days (excluding Sundays) and credited to your original payment method.

For payments made through debit/credit card, please note that 4% of the total amount deducted by government as tax and 5% of total amount deducted in regards to payment gateway fee and platform fee by payment merchant is non-refundable.

For refunds of delivered items, please note that the 4% charged by courier as government tax and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

⚠️ Please Note:

🚫 No return or exchange is applicable for the following items:

• Inflatable toys

• Factory-sealed products

• Remote-controlled or battery-operated items

• Not-for-profit or promotional products

💰 For orders above PKR 5,000/-, a 10% advance payment is required before dispatch.
This advance is non-refundable in case the customer refuses the parcel upon delivery attempt.
