Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICIES

  • We are happy to accept returns or exchange if the goods returned are in their original form along with original tags and are not damaged or used within 3 days of delivery of the order. 

  • The customer is required to return the package through a traceable courier service provider at their own expense at the address of the company along  with a copy of the invoice and reason for return.

  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

  • Refund requests will be processed within 5 days (excluding Sundays) after receiving the return products.

  • All returns are to be mailed at Planet Junior Office, First Floor, Naqi Market, 75 - The Mall, Lahore.

  • Please note that all parcels above 5000/- will require a 10% advance payment from customer before dispatch.

  • No return or exchange is applicable for inflatable, remote control, not-for-profit or promotional items.

Refunds (if applicable)

A refund will be applicable if the product is broken or faulty and is informed within 48 hours after delivery to our team via email at support@planetjunior.pk 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.  In the meanwhile, we greatly appreciate your patience
